In the last week I’ve been having an issue with my hip/lower back. I feel a pain in my hip and it shoots down my leg and makes it hard to stand on both feet.
Getting ready for work this morning was difficult….I could barely get my pants on because balancing on my left leg almost brought me to the floor. As I was getting out of my car today, my leg practically gave out and I almost hit the pavement.
I’ve worked so hard up until this point; getting to my boot camp classes 4 days a week, eating right and feeling so good. I’ve even lost 10 pounds.
I hope this isn’t too much of a setback but if it is, I’ll have have to push harder.
You may have a pinched nerve. Be careful and don’t push too hard if its causing more than a “muscle” ache. Xoxo
A chiropractor might be able to help.
Feel better!
I have a pinched nerve in the ball of my foot and it can be so frustrating when you’re finally on a track that you want to be on. I would def see a doctor to make sure it’s not something more serious. As much as it would suck to have to scale back now, it’s better to do it now than to be out for the long haul. Good luck!
I have a pinched nerve in the ball of my foot and it can be really painful at times. It’s so hard to get injured when you’re finally on a track that you want to be on and you don’t want to lose momentum but if it keeps up, you should def see a dr. Better to be out to rest up then out for the long haul down the road. Good luck!
