Wall Balls: What are they and what do they do?
As you may recall from Day 1 of my blog I referred to them as “shitty balls” because they almost made day 1 my last day. Basically you have a medicine ball that is 10 – 20 pounds (depending on what you can handle), use both hands to push it up on the wall, catch and squat and repeat. It’s pretty much a total body workout that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside until you want to puke. (Or atleast that’s my take on it)

Why am I talking about this? Because a little birdie told me that’s what I’ll be doing later. I will conquer you one day wall balls!
